Vavascular "glandular" tissue that forms cerebrospinal fluid, cerebrospinal fluid (liquor cerebrospinalis). The fluid accumulates inside the cerebral ventricles. Choroidal braids occur in the 4.de and 3rd ventricles as well as in the two lateral ventricles, The braids deliver cerebrospinal fluid into the ventricular system without interruption. The cerebrospinal fluid flows out of the ventricular system into the subarachnoid space through three holes in 4.de the back wall of the ventricle.
