Cerebellar cross-connection

Commissura cerebelli

Cross-connection, Little Brain

Cross-connection between the two cerebellar hemispheres. The connection is located at the front of the cerebellum. It consists of nerve fibers (fasciculus/tractus uncinatus cerebelli) from the nucleus fastigi that cross over from the original side to the opposite side and then, for the most part, turn upwards and into the upper cerebellar arm.
