Central nervous system seen from behind. In this overview, it is important that you are able to position the image as you want it on the Stage and use different magnifications (Help). We start by splitting the large brain and pulling the hemisphere bowls aside.

Step 1.

Forked cerebrum with side-mounted hemisphere bowls. Here are now the "bark bowls" of the cerebral hemispheres pulled aside. The nuclei of the telencephalon and the grey matter of the diencephalon are exposed (see step 2).

Step 2.

The front and back of the cerebellum, superficial parts. The cerebellum has been cut from the brainstem and lies with its underside depicted to the left of the brainstem and with its top to the right of the brainstem. Uncheck the filled in boxes to orient yourself. Fill in the box to "Superficial parts of the little brain", unfold the list and uncheck from top to bottom. Do not forget about the identification function

Step 3.

The nuclei of the cerebellum and anatomical and functional divisions. Here, the little brain has been split in the midline and the halves have been pulled to the side. The two halves of the flocculus-nodular lobe lie separately at the bottom. NB. that in the image only the flocculus-nodulus lobe is counted as vestibulocerebellum, which is a debatable limitation.
